QBD Books dispatches parcels through Australia Post and through Couriers Please. Once an item has been dispatched, it has left our hands and is in the care of the Courier company for delivery. You will receive a dispatch notification when your parcel has left our warehouse.

You may return an online purchase within six weeks of receiving it if:
If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
If your return does not meet any of the above conditions but you would still like to return the product, please contact the store directly and the friendly staff can assist you.
All online orders can be returned either in store or online.
Change of Mind Returns
QBD Books will gladly accept a customer return on item(s) purchased due to a change of mind if the product is in a perfect condition that is fit for resale.
However the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 Act states:
"You have no legal obligation to provide a refund where a customer has simply changed their mind about a purchase. It is the store's choice as to what they MAY offer the customer."
