Tasting Notes

Elegant lime, citrus characters with floral notes. Harmoniously balanced with a gentle yet rich palate. Lime and white peach fruit flavours with a persistent mineral finish. 

Technical Notes

2015 had a great start to the harvest season before getting a bit wet after the whites were picked (a typical Hunter year) and this wine is showing some intense lime rind nuances because of it. It opens to floral after some time in the glass and is underpinned by an almost crunch herbal influence. Textural and driven on the palate, it has a beautiful juicy front palate which then sublimes to elegant minerality. Drink now or put it away for a while longer, it won\'t disappoint.
