At TEGAL, dispatching customer orders in a prompt and timely manner is of the utmost importance. We aim for next-day dispatch on all customer orders during business days.
Please note, during public holidays, sale or promotional periods, dispatch and delivery time may be delayed. During this time, please expect your parcel to be dispatched within two to three business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
You never know when you’re going to need a new charging cable, and we understand when you’re in a hurry.
If you need to put a rush on your purchase, we provide an ‘Express Shipping’ option for an extra $10 at checkout for orders within Australia. For other requirements please input your comments on the checkout page and this will let our friendly Customer Care team know your demands.
Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping on international orders.
For orders within Australia, all purchases over $39 receive free shipping.

30 DAYS REFUND RETURN POLICY:
At TEGAL, our priority is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your product to TEGAL within 30 days after receiving your item. We will refund you the original product cost, excluding freight charges.
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be completed.

TEGAL products directly sold by TEGAL are provided with a 60 day D.O.A warranty.
This warranty applies if you believe that your product is faulty and is valid within 60 days of your purchase.
Please submit a support ticket or email the TEGAL support team at admin to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. TEGAL will not accept returns without prior authorisation and an RMA number.
When your item is returned, the TEGAL support team will determine whether the product is faulty and offer you the following options:

If the item is diagnosed as not faulty:
You will have the item back to you again by shipped on your own cost. Cost will follow TEGAL shipping cost standard on the specific product. Further, if TEGAL determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not faulty, TEGAL may impose up to a $35 handling fee.
Every TEGAL–branded product has one year warranty since the day you purchase. A product is considered faulty if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability. If you believe that your product is faulty and it has exceeded 60 days since you purchased. Please submit a support ticket or email the TEGAL support team at admin to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. TEGAL will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
