How to use:
1.Put it to cup of warm water (70℃ to 80℃) till soft for about 8 to 10 seconds.
2.If it is soft, insert it to your upper teeth in mouth.
3.To memorize your mold of teeth, bite it 10~15 seconds.
4.If it fits to your teeth, clean it with water and use it.
5.If it does not fit to your teeth, you can fix it again from step 1
Note: Setting the water temperature of 70-80 degrees is appropriate, soaking time should not exceed 10 seconds
