All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team.
Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unhappy with your purchase or chose wrong option of your purchase accidentally, please contact us within 14 days. This will commence after receiving the order. ADDRESS CHANGES:If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post/Aramex, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.
Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this.
