Swisspers Breast Milk storage bags are the hygienic and convenient way to store and use breast milk and are sterilised for hygiene. Key features are individual tear-away seals for extra hygiene, a measuring guide printed on the bag and an area for noting the date of filling. Designed for filling with breast milk for immediate storage in the refrigerator or freezer.
Directions
1. Prepare area by sterilising all bottles, tools, and surfaces, and thoroughly wash hands.
2. Before filling write date in the space provided.
3. To open bag remove the perforated tab and open dual closure.
4. Pour breast milk into bag and reseal for storage.
5. Place in fridge or freezer.
6. To defrost place bag in the fridge to hygienically thaw. Bag can also gently be warmed in warm (not hot) water, being sure to remove bag from warm water as soon as it reaches the appropriate temperature.
7. Pour milk into feeding bottle, gently warm if required. Dispose of empty bag. Do not reuse. Bags are sterile until opened. Practice good hygiene: unwashed hands and unsterilised equipment can be very harmful to baby. Contact your local breast-feeding organisation or medial practitioner for tips and hints on feeding baby.

Refund Policy
All return claims must be lodged within 14 days of the order being received.
In the event of a return by you, we will exchange or refund. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to Healthyworld and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery fees.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Healthyworld Online Pty Ltd
Accepting change of mind returns
We allow a customer to return goods for change of mind where the goods are:
Returned within 14 days of the customer’s order being received;
As new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
In a resalable condition;
Not damaged in any way.
The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.
The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you must notify us of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.
Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost.
We do not issue refunds for fragrances that may smell different to something previously purchased or worn.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
