The Full Dozen Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is pale lemon-green in colour with aromas of fresh cut grass and passionfruit with a hint of elderflower on the nose. A dry medium body and an intensity of crisp green apple and ripe stone fruits with hints of green pepper on the palate. Great acidity structure with a medium to long finish.
