The SUPA Latex Mattress uses natural latex (made in Thailand) for its breathability and resiliency.
Features:
The covering layer where most skin contacts occur is made of Velvet. Its low density makes it light and comfortable while also giving it a luxurious feel. The middle layer (or transition layer) is made of Single Jersey. The material is very efficient in heat and moisture transport and air permeability. That is why the mattress would be warm in winter but also very breathable and excellent at preventing sweat during hot days. Finally, the core layer is natural Latex. The gentle cushioning and buoyant support of latex foam are especially beneficial for spinal alignment and great at preventing back and joint pains.
The estimated waiting time for SUPA Latex Mattress (marked as pre-order) is roughly 8-12 weeks after placing an order for standard sizes.
Customization for SUPA Latex Mattress is available. Please contact us if you want a particular size made. Customization will take a further 4-5 weeks of wait on top of the standard waiting time below, and additional charges may apply depending on your requirements.

All of our mattresses can be used immediately, but remember that a packaged mattress only regains its full shape and comfort after approximately 72 hours. Your body also needs a couple of weeks to adapt to the new mattress.
Sometimes the mattress has a noticeable smell when you open the packaging. The smell isn’t harmful or toxic and disappears over time. Airing and vacuuming the mattress helps to eliminate the smell faster.
The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
If you wish to change the delivery date or delivery address, you must let our Customer Service Team know at least 72 hours prior to the dispatch of your Order.
EzSpace and our third party delivery contractor will use its best endeavours to deliver your Order within any stated timeframe for dispatch, however EzSpace and our third party delivery contractor does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.
You must advise at the time you place your Order via the website or at least 14 business days before your package is delivered, of any difficulties that may be involved in the delivery (such as no lift, stairs or narrow entries).
We will try our best to help you pass on this information or details of the difficulties to the third party delivery contractor but it is up to the third party delivery contractor if they deem it to be a difficult location, either you will be liable for any extra charges including manual handling fees and the cost of an extra person to assist, or a redelivery fees may be charged to reschedule your delivery. You are fully responsible to all extra charges.
EzSpace cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.
You agree that our third-party delivery contractor shall not provide "delivery to the unit or room" service when the safety of the delivery professionals is concerned. The delivery professionals have full rights to refuse any service requirement from you if they feel unsafe and/or may cause potential injuries.
Change of Mind Returns:
Please choose carefully as full refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend carefully previewing any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
If you change your mind after receiving the purchased product, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked [conditions apply]. Please contact us via your Account for return approval.

EzSpace is guaranteed against faults in construction and material for a period of three years from the date of purchase for furniture. EzSpace is guaranteed against faults in construction and material for a period of five years from the date of purchase for mattresses. EzSpace is guaranteed against faults in construction and material for a period of one year from the date of purchase for small items, such as bins or the “Paper” collection on our website. We do not accept responsibility for any natural characteristics of materials used or any slight dents or marks occurring during transportation.
