Once you’ve placed your order, your order will be dispatched in the next business day.
We deliver by Australia Post or our Courier service, depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Delivery time is generally 3-7 business days and may take 2-3 extra days for rural areas. If you don’t receive your order within this timeframe please contact us urgently. Occasion delays can happen in transit or at busy times such as Christmas. We will try our best to resolve the situation and arrange for you to get your shipment as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Damaged/Faulty on arrival
Once you receive the damaged or faulty item, please take a photo or video and send it to us as soon as possible. After we check the photo or video, if the product is faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you, replacement or full refund.
