HOW TO USE
Apply lip treatment three times per day to freshly cleansed lips, and use overnight as a lip treatment.

· Do you offer returns/Exchanges? Yes, we accept returns for change of mind as long as the product is in original condition (unopened, unused, sealed etc). The buyer is responsible for postage costs associated with the return and to ensure the products are wrapped safely and securely as damaged products cannot be refunded. Please note, where postage is included in the final price (of the original order) for ‘Free Postage’ items, refunds will be made by deducting the original postage cost from the total value.
· What is the maximum time a customer can request a refund or exchange? Please contact us asap of receiving your order to organise a return for change of mind. The product(s) you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (unopened, unused, sealed etc).
Arrival of damaged goods, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order – we will replace or refund at our cost.
Please note, duty of care - please do not send anything back to us that has been opened, seal broken as when we receive the goods we will not be able to refund you. Please keep this in mind.
