Step back into victorian times in this Steampunk Girl Womens Costume. This adventurous costume features a richly coloured burgundy and brown dress with stylized hi-lo skirt, dropped v waistline and sweetheart neckline. The costume also comes with velvet burgundy glovelettes and a matching laced up top hat with sash and decor. Add some extra volume to the skirt by adding a hi-lo petticoat underneath.
