Orders are usually dispatched by the next business day. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer - we’ll let you know if this is the case. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days unless there is a sale, special event or holiday period.
For Australian standard shipping, please allow 3-15 business days for delivery. You will be sent an email with tracking so you can keep an eye on your order. We ship our orders using Australia Post, TNT and private couriers and are able to send to PO Boxes. Once dispatched, we do not take responsibility for packages lost or misplaced in transit. We recommend contacting the courier if you have concerns regarding the status of your order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day exchange from the time you receive the goods. Please email us within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
For any faulty or damaged products (caused by manufacturer error), we will offer a replacement item or refund to the value of the product.
For change of mind, you must return products at your own cost, unused and in original condition.
You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
