Our business (Australia Post) is adapting to the challenges presented by the pandemic, which means our normal practice of delivery has been impacted. As a result, we’re experiencing substantial delays in our network.
These delays are due to:
• a reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry our parcels)
• a significant increase in parcels volumes, many of which require manual sorting
• health and safety requirements in our network (such as social distancing through zoning, and dedicated shift start times to reduce cross-over of workers)
We know these delays are frustrating, and we’re doing everything we can to keep delivering as safely and quickly as possible.
Victoria destined parcels
With the massive demand and current workforce capacity constraints in Victoria, we foresee an additional 3-day delay for all deliveries in Victoria.
Express Post delays
Our Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that while we continue to prioritise Express Post, and most parcels shipped via this service arrive on time, some could take 5 business days or more to reach their destination.
Tracking tool
Our tracking tool provides you with the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and advises you of any delays while your parcel is in transit. StarTrack customers should visit the StarTrack tracking tool.
RETURNS
Refunds or exchanges can only be considered within 20 days of purchases. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. They must also be in their original packaging.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to previous or existing orders.
We strongly recommend obtaining/recording tracking on return parcels, as we cannot process returns without physical goods or proof of delivery.
We aim to process all returns within 1 business days of receiving them.
Returns received outside the 20 day time-frame or eligibility will not be refunded.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, we will email you confirm that you have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed on your original method of payment within 5 business days.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure their return meets the above requirements.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If the refund does not appear in your account after a few business days, please check with your payment gateway first.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we have significantly misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product or refund.
To ensure that this does not happen, we put as much information about the product as possible on the product page under "description" and we also put in addition to the original images, real images so that the customer can see how the product is in a common photo without any type of filter.
EXCHANGES
If you have purchased a wrong size or damaged item, please, contact us to exchange the product as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
