Walk a mile in the shoes of a spy! Or was it a kilometer in clogs?
SPYFALL is an easy-to-learn card game of bluffing, probing questions, clever answers, and suspicion. At the start of each round, players receive a secret card informing them of the group's location: a casino, space station, pirate ship, circus, (30 unique locations!) except that one player receives the SPY card instead of the location. The Spy doesn't know where they are, but wins the round if they can figure it out before they blow their cover!
Players then start asking each other questions during the intense 8-minute rounds. Non-Spy players want to ask questions and give answers that prove to the other players that they know where they are. But watch out! If your questions and answers are too specific, the Spy will easily guess the location and win, so you need to practice a bit of subtlety. But if your questions and answers are too generic, you might be accused of being the Spy. The Spy will also sometimes be asked questions (just like any other player would) and have to come up with questions of his own, without knowing anything about where he is! If you listened carefully to the other players, you'll be able to come up with a plausible question or answer hopefully.
Once per round, each player may accuse another player of being the Spy. If all players agree, the game ends and that player's secret card is flipped up. If the Spy is captured, each of the Non-Spy players win the round. If a Non-Spy is revealed, the Spy wins. Finally, if the Spy figures out where they are, they can reveal their card and make a guess. If they're right, they win the round. If not, the Non-Spy players win.
The game is played over a series of rounds and points are awarded each round. A complete game is typically five rounds and the cards are randomly dealt each round. You could even be the Spy two rounds in a row! After the last round, the player with the most points is the winner.

SHIPPING DELAYS:
Occasionally due to circumstances outside Gameology’s control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care through the message function via your order within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.
CHANGE OF MIND:
We will happily provide a refund subject to the following conditions:
• The products being returned are in sealed, unused and re-sellable condition
• Proof of Purchase accompanies the returned product
• The request for return is within 30 days from the date of delivery
• The product is not a Trading Card Game (TCG)
• Any return postage is to be covered by the customer
All returns will be carefully inspected by our staff upon receipt into our warehouse to ensure the above conditions are met, prior to approving an online refund. It is an expectation that our customers advise us of any issues relating to their order prior to returning the product to us for consideration. Any returns deemed non-complaint with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it. Please note: we are currently unable to process any exchanges via post.
FAULTY PRODUCTS:
Defective items include (but are not limited to):
• Broken parts
• Missing parts
• Manufacturing inconsistencies
• Damage sustained during delivery
Defective items do not include:
• Products specified as a random assortment of potential items where a specific item was not received
• Products which include cards subject to a random draw, including TCG products.
If you have received an item you believe to be damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care via the order message function within 30 days of the date of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the defect or damage, including the state of packaging, where applicable.
If we determine the product you have received is indeed faulty, you will be entitled to one of the following remedies:
• A replacement of the faulty part (including postage paid by us, where applicable)
• A replacement of the entire faulty product (including postage paid by us, where applicable)
• A full refund of the purchase price for the affected product (including postage, where applicable).
Gameology will always work with you to fully understand the extent of your inquiry and to deliver an appropriate and satisfactory resolution for you.
RECEIVING INCORRECT OR ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS:
In rare cases, you may find you have received an incorrect or additional item in your delivery. If this occurs, please contact Customer Care via the order message function as soon as possible, providing:
• Details of the issue encountered
• Photographic evidence of the products received.
We will assess and work with you to resolve any such issues in a timely and efficient manner.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS:
After your order has been placed it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible! After this process has begun, it is very difficult to cancel or amend an order.
While we cannot guarantee this is possible, please contact Customer Care urgently should you wish to check, including your Order Number/s and specific cancellation/amendment details in your request. Any requests unable to be actioned will be subject to our Change Of Mind return conditions.
RETURN TO SENDER:
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an error on part of the customer, including (but not limited to):
• Failure to collect from Post Office or Drop Location within courier hold timeframe,
• Providing incorrect or incomplete delivery address at checkout,
• Refusing any applicable customs fees,
the order will be refunded and re-stocked into our warehouse inventory, less the standard $10 RTS fee we incur from our couriers as a result.
Estimated Delivery Time Frame: 3-7 business days
