Change of Mind:
Australian law doesn't require us to offer refunds or exchanges on Change of Mind.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
However, we understand mistakes happen. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if your item has a major issue. This includes:
A problem so significant it would have prevented someone from buying it in the first place.
A safety hazard.
A significant difference from the description or sample we provided.
An item that doesn't work as advertised or as promised, and can't be easily fixed.
Handmade & Fragile Items:
Many of our treasures are handcrafted and delicate, adding to their unique charm. This information is clearly listed on each product page.
Damaged or Faulty Orders:
If your online order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within receiving it. Send a detailed email with photos to our team.
Repair, Replacement, or Refund:
We'll always try our best to fix the problem! If possible, we'll repair the item or send you a replacement.
If repair or replacement isn't an option, we'll happily offer you a full refund of the purchase price. However, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item to your nearest Post Office.
Refund Processing Time:
Once your return is approved, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
