Where do you ship from?
Our company is based in Melbourne, Victoria and all orders are dispatched from this location.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
However, please note that during this period, additional time may be required for dispatch. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all specified dates are only an estimate as we cannot account for any delays caused by couriers, especially during high-volume periods.
Delivery times usually take between 3Â to 10 business days for metro areas and longer for remote/rural areas, as well as WA and NT. Since we're based in Melbourne, naturally those deliveries are little quicker.
Can I return my items?
If you change your mind about your item, from the delivered date, you can send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund.
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible for an agreed resolution.
For change of mind, please ensure the products being returned are in sealed, unused and re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
All returns will be carefully inspected by our staff upon receipt into our warehouse to ensure the above conditions are met, prior to approving an online refund.
Any returns deemed non-complaint with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be held at our warehouse until the customer pays to have the product re-shipped.
