Party Balloons Bouquet Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set is from the It’s My Party Collection by Carissa Wiley with a set of six hot foil plates and seven thin metal cutting dies. Together they create a wonderful cluster of three balloons, along with accents that change up a circle or circles into different designs. To give interest, this set works with STN-060 Balloon Bouquet Designs Stencil.

We use Australia Post so can deliver to PO Box addresses and Parcel Lockers. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery your order may be left if a suitable place is available. Otherwise items can be collected from a local Post Office.
