Water Resistance
Adventurer 2 has a dust and water-resistant rating of IP67, making it splash proof and protected up to a depth of 1 metre for a duration of up to 30 minutes. (Splash, water and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. We do not recommend actively swimming or bathing while wearing Spacetalk Adventurer.)

Damaged During transit

If product package arrived damaged before you sign the parcel, please inspect the condition in front of delivery driver.

You can choose to accept the parcel condition or reject the delivery and request to return back to the sender. Please email us with your order details.

If you accidentally accepted the parcel and found damaged, please email us immediately upon receiving the goods(same day), providing full package details and including photos of the damaged item. We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.
