SONOFF SNZB-02D is a Zigbee temperature and humidity sensor with 2.5 inch LCD display with large bold numbers that can work with Zigbee 3.0 gateways like SONOFF Zigbee Bridge Pro, SONOFF NSPanel Pro, SONOFF ZBDongle-P/E, Alexa with Built-in Zigbee Hub,etc to monitor your home's temperature and humidity for a comfortable life, and there are icons to indicate Hot/Cold/Dry/Wet air conditions, reminding you to adjust your humidifier or dehumidifier accordingly to achieve optimal comfort, also power icons for you to know the current power usage, the high accuracy built-in swiss-made sensor ensures accurate measurement of room temperature and humidity, the temperature is accurate up to ±0.2℃ while the humidity is ±2%RH, data is updated every 5s, always gives you the latest changes in the environment.

The SNZB-02D sensor supports APP monitoring, you can not only check the current temperature & humidity on the LCD display, but also track the real-time and historic temperature or humidity data via the app on your phone, with up to 120m/400ft coverage (no obstructions and ideal conditions), you can check the latest data at any time, and once the temperature or humidity exceeds the preset range, you will receive an instant alert from the APP, you can view the temperature and humidity date by day, month, and year, the half-year curve graphs provide a clear data-changing track. you can export data as .CSV files, the temperature and humidity of the sensor can be set as triggers, such as setting the humidifier to turn on when the humidity is less than 40%, adjusting to the comfort temperature and humidity at any time for your health, it works with Alexa and Google Home, just ask Alexa or Google Home and you'll know the temperature or humidity.

The sensor supports 3 mounting methods - tabletop atand / magnetic back / 3M adhesive, just place the sensor anywhere you wish such as living room, baby room, kitchen, greenhouse, guitar room, reptiles terrarium, humidor, cellar or incubator to monitor temperature and humidity remotely.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery is free cost. and the delivery location. Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment. We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable.

Warranty

To be concerned as items for standard warranty, the products must be bought from us. There are no physical damaged sights found.
Processing time is 1-2 business days (Delivery time is not counted).
Standard warranty can be claimed as Replacement or Refund as your choice.
Free Return label (standard parcel post 3-5 business days) will be offered once RMA (warranty claim approved). We will not offer a Free return label if your RMA claim only contains accessories (For example: USB cables, case cover, screen protectors… etc) , you will need to return those accessories back for warranty claim at your own cost. Drop off at our warehouse is also available, RMA must be lodged before bringing into our warehouse.
In terms of your RMA created with a request of replacement, we will send the replacement out at our cost. The replacement items also can be combined with your online order as requested.
Our warranty team will contact the claimer to confirm once we received the parcel and inform us if there are anything unclear or items not matching with the RMA list.
The final warranty claim result will be informed by call back or emailed as requested.
1 Year warranty Policy:

1) For all faulty items returned within 6 months (From the date of your purchase), we will offer replacement / refund as you requested as long as there are no physical damage signs or outside of our purchase.
2) For all faulty items returned over 6 month ( From the date of your purchase) : If it is the quality problem of the product itself, you would get the replacement or maintenance service. This maintenance service does not include the cost of replacing hardware in the process. And the daily consumption and wear of hardware are not within the scope of maintenance. Any physical damage, liquid damage, abuse, misuse, modification, or serving by any company other than Pisen will void all warranties provided.
After checking by Pisen, once the manufacturer’s warranties program is executed, the product will be sent to the screen manufacturer’s service center, and the inspection process of the manufacturer will be needed to determine whether the problem is caused by the product itself, and the inspection report will be attached. If the problem is the product itself, the manufacturer will perform the corresponding duties, otherwise, the product will not be guaranteed any warranty services. This process requires at least 30 business days.
3) For any of the products from Pisen over 6 months, it cannot be accepted by express warranty claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
