Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For issues that do not constitute a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

We also offer a change-of-mind returns policy as a courtesy. Items may be returned within three days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Remedies for faulty goods will be determined based on whether the issue constitutes a major or non-major failure, as defined by the ACL.
