Pull the edge of the leather part of the old ear pad, you will find a plastic board which is stick to the headphone by double-side tape. 2. Insert a card into the gap between the plastic board and headphone, pry and separate them slowly. 3. Clean the tape on the headphone 4. Remove the paper of the tape from the new ear pad, stick the new ear pad on the headphone. Pay attention to the raised nubbins to keep the adjacent parts aligned. 5. Press the ear pad for about 3 minutes and you are done. * Headphone in the Picture Not included. ** This is NOT Genuine Beats(R) product, but a specifically designed, high-quality replacement.

All purchase on One Click Shop will be shipped using Star Track service, unless shipping address is an PO BOX or Parcel Locker location, which in that case we will be using Australia Post Service.

Handling time for all purchases are same day shipping unless purchase is made after daily cut off time 2:00PM Melbourne Local Time.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us for detailed instructions. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It will be specified that if return item did not follow the return process, we may dispose such returned item at our discretion.

Refunds
