Our Australian Made Cuddler in luxurious Mink is the perfect bed to calm and relax your pet. Super soft long pile vegan faux fur paired with soft raised walls and a deep sleeping area provide the ultimate retreat for anxious pets and those that relish the feeling of safety and security. The Mink Cuddler invites hours of delicious snoozing and is fully machine washable (even the filling!).

Features removable, replaceable, and washable covers on both the outer ring and cushion. Filled with Snoozafill, our Australian Foam and recycled PET fibre mix, zippered access to the inner liners means you can top up you’re filling if you ever need to or make use of our Laundry Bag if your complete Cuddler doesn't fit your washing machine.

Product Care

Shipping Details

Parcels are delivered usually between 3-7 business days after ordering depending on location. Pet Station tries to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays.

Pet Station reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.

Change of Mind:

Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

All returns are subject to inspection by Pet Station and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
No liability will be attached to Pet Station for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry.

Warranty:

If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
