The Snooza 2 in 1 Convertible Training Crate is made of durable double-coated rust-resistant wire and comes with a 10-year warranty. The two doors use spring-release handles making them easy to open and close with a single hand and can also be fully removed for when the crate is used as an indoor calming retreat so that your pet can come and go as they like. The crate has a sturdy tray at the base with high edges to prevent spillage, and by using the handle at front can be smoothly removed and replaced for cleaning purposes.

We recommend using a soft, supportive, or moisture-absorbent mat for the crate, such as the Calming Multimat or the Stay Dry Mat. Covers to fit the crates are also available. Snap-on floor protectors come on outer corners of crate. Cover and mat sold separately.

This crate is easy to fold down and flat pack for storage or travelling. Once crate is set up, check all plastic joint clips are attached securely. If they get dislodged during transport, they can be snapped back into place. There are 2 x spare clips that are enclosed in carton. Please separate from crate and store safely away from puppies and children.

The Snooza 2 in 1 Convertible Training Crates are the perfect first step towards crate training your puppy or fully-grown dog and are also an ongoing calming retreat / indoor kennel for once your pet is crate trained.
The goal of crate training your dog is to be able to leave them somewhere safe and comfortable for periods of time when you are unable to supervise them closely. Crating a puppy will help set up good habits from the start. It's also a convenient way for your pet to travel if necessary.

If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.

Change of Mind:

Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

All returns are subject to inspection by Pet Station and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.

No liability will be attached to Pet Station for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry.

If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
