How to make your SNAXX Cookies:

To prepare your Cookies you will need:

10ml of water
30g of melted butter

PLEASE NOTE: Our cookies are plain and taste great on their own. However, you can add any extra ingredients you want to your cookies. For example: choc chip, nuts, jam, coconut etc.

Mix: Empty one of the sachets into a bowl. Add water, butter and mix well. Add your extra ingredients if needed.

Place: Put your mix on a baking tray and make three round cookie shapes.

Cook: Place your cookies in a 200C oven for 5 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove after cooked and let set for 5 - 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Exchanges

We will happily provide an exchange where you have changed your mind about a product purchased from SNAXX provided that the product:

is returned to us within 30 days of purchase with your order number.
Ordered products must be returned in the original packaging which is still intact.
We cannot accept any products which have been opened, used, or partially used eg (you have used one packet out of 2 pack box) or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Ordered products must be returned in the original packaging which is still intact.

Once your item has been returned and approved for a refund, we will process your refund back to your original payment method and you will be notified by email.
