Orders will be shipped with AusPost and delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We appreciate your patience with this as it is out of our control.
We will happily replace any item if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in contact and we will advise next steps.
We will happily exchange within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email your proof of purchase and reason for return to us and we will issue you a return number.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without a return number as they will not be accepted.
