The Petwant F14 WIFI Automatic Pet Feeder is a wonderful solution for the loving pet parent. It allows you to schedule meal times and control portions, ensuring your pet gets the nourishment they need. You can even record a sweet 10-second message to let your pet know when it's time to eat. With the ability to schedule up to four meals, you can rest assured your pet's feeding routine is perfectly managed.

The APP allows you to feed your pet remotely and provides push notification updates on the feeding schedules, and status, including low food warning. With a generous 3-litre food storage capacity and customizable portion sizes, the feeder is ideal for dry food and designed to meet your small pet's dietary needs. The feeder features a dual power supply, allowing you to use it plugged into the wall socket or on battery power* for up to six months.

*App operation is unavailable on battery power due to high power requirements.

Warranty Policy

All products from Modern Pets come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear and damage caused by a pet such as chewing or scratching.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of products within 30 days of the sale date for any reason. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra 25% restocking fee.

In cases of change of mind or wrong size has been selected, we will accept returns as long as the item purchased is in its original packaging and condition. The return postage will need to be paid by the buyer and the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

For collars, harnesses, and clothing, we strongly advise customers to refer to the Size Guide provided and measure their dog before making a purchase. Upon receiving the item, we recommend trying it on your pet before removing the product tag.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or issue a refund. In these cases, return shipping will be arranged at our expense.
