What do they do?

Our patented design cup locks furniture and castor wheels in place without any slipping or sliding on hard surface flooring.

The specialised rubber O-ring on the bottom of the castor cup safely grips the floor without any risk of floor damage.

The rounded wheel slot is perfect for castor wheels up to 50mm / 2" in diameter and 50.8mm / 2-1/4" wide, cradling them firmly in place.

Uses

The Slipstick Castor Cups also work well on many flat-footed furniture items which makes these great for almost any room in your home…pianos, game room equipment, pool tables, exercise equipment, treadmills and more…

Our heavy-duty castor cups are virtually unseen under most furniture. A set of 4 will easily support up to 1000kg / 2200 lbs.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to feel confident when buying from Aussie Furniture Care. Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 30 days of having received it and can opt for a full refund excluding return freight charges. Aussie Furniture Care does not pay for freight when products are returned.

We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging for these returns.

Once we receive the returned items, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the order less any cost for shipping the items to you.

Damaged or Faulty returns

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Aussie Furniture Care as soon as possible for a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Please contact us to assist with organising your return.

You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment. Aussie Furniture Care will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item, or provide you with a full refund.

Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so).

We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

Warranty Claims

Aussie Furniture Care works closely with suppliers to ensure all products have appropriate warranties. Please contact us to submit a warranty claim.

You may be required to send us images of the damage to aid in our assessments. We will then contact the supplier to finalise your warranty claim.
