To measure yourself, stand up, suck your tummy in and wrap a measuring tape- or string if you don't have one- around your waist at the positions shown. If you've used a string, you should cut it to size when you have wrapped it around your waist. Then stretch it out and measure it with a ruler. Write down the measurements.

Your size grade is the smallest size that has both lengths greater than your measurments. The measurements in the Sizing Guide are in centimetres.
