Most products come with a 10 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 10 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Mattresses in a box & rugs; once opened are not able to be returned.
Bedding which is opened, used or washed is not able to be returned due to hygiene regulations.
