Sleep Assist Essential Oil Blend is a gentle and soothing blend to create assist you to sleep. Our Sleep Assist blend includes Chamomile, Lavender , Lemon and Marjoram essential oils. We use only 100% pure essential oils in our aromatherapy range and essential oil blends.

Active ingredients:

Chamomile essential oil
Lavender essential oil
Lemon essential oil
Marjoram essential oil

Ingredients:

Anthemis Nobilis Flower ( Chamomile) Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Limonum ( Lemon Australia) Peel Oil and Origanum Marjorana ( Marjoram Sweet) Flower Oil.

Directions of use:

Massage: Add 5-10 drops with our recommended carrier oils for example Sweet Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil. Apply to body.
Bath: Add 2-4 drops in full drawn bath or shower.
Vaporiser: Add 10-15 drops to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser.
Inhaling: Few drops on a tissue or hot water, with a towel over your head.
