Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Fanbloodytastic little fun item and plays really gr8 especially when you remember to turn the volume up on your phone. I sat mesmerised watching the lights changing colours and tapping my feet to the oldies but goodies music. After buying this my sons came and visited, I was back to purchase 3 more and my BFF joined MyDeal to purchase 2 for herself. I am enjoying my music and light show as I drift off to dreamland.
