Fillable Light Up Party Balloon

Description:

Balloon is made from clear, stretchy plastic and has a diameter of approximately 19cm when it is not blown up - because of the stretchy material, it can be blown up quite large.
LED lights on a wire to go through the balloon stick.
Lights require 2 x AA batteries that are not included.
Balloon stick is made from clear plastic and measures approximately 61cm long.
Balloon cup sits on top of the stick and the balloon ties onto it.

Tips:

Bobo or bubble balloons are great to fill with decorative items or wrap string/LED lights around
Made from a thin stretchy plastic - do not overfill
Balloon should be heavily stretched prior to filling to avoid overfill and popping
Can be filled with air however best filled with helium if wanting to float.
