Directions for Use:

Herb Pouch - Tie the pouch around the hanging rail inside your wardrobe. One pouch will cover a standard 2 door wardrobe. Pouches can also be placed inside draws and cupboards. Once a month give the pouch a scrunch to release natural oils and invigorate their scent. Replace herb pouch and bait pads every 6 months.
Bait Pads - Should be placed on the floor inside the wardrobe. They can also be placed near the closet water source like the bathroom or laundry. Wash hands thoroughly after handling the Bait Pads.

Product Details:

Herb Pouch - The herb pouch contains ten natural ingredients to repel Silverfish, Clothes Moths and other insects
Slayer Bait Pad – The slayer bait pad is made from impregnated cardboard. The cardboard is impregnated with Boric Acid (20%) and other inert ingredients (80%). Boric acid has a similar toxicity to table salt

This is an important part of the kit as the pouch will repel silverfish the bait pad will kill them. The inert ingredients are designed to attract the silverfish and make them eat the bait pad which kills them.

We recommend replacing your kit every 6 months to ensure the silverfish never return!

Shipping Details

Our couriers require the recipient’s phone number for each delivery. We can’t book your delivery unless you have provided a valid daytime mobile phone number.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a knock on the door or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office. A signature is required for collection.

Most consignments are tracked.

Most items are dispatched within one business day, however please allow 5-10 business days for it to arrive. Your item will be sent via Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers depending on its size and weight.

1. You changed your mind

We offer a generous 30 day return policy for change of mind. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.

All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories. The item must be returned at the buyers cost in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)

Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.

Return shipping costs are non‐refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.

Please DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.

2. The item arrived damaged or missing parts

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us.

Please send us a copy of the receipt contact us for any shipping costs you incur.

All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.

Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us contact us before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.

3. The item is faulty

Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty.

Should your product be faulty, please contact us contact us so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.
