Here's what each item is for:
First use the Inca Super Clean Silver Cleaning Plate
This will remove the initial dirt and tarnish off the piece you want to clean.
Using it in Washing Soda, it works using a basic electrolysis process.
By using the plate first you'll takes the hard work and time consuming process out of removing heavy tarnish and dirt build up on silver.
Loosens up old polish stuck in intricate areas and makes final polishing of the item a lot easier as most of the work is done for you.

Here's a special solution for cleaning, polishing and maintaining silver items that doesn't require hard work!!!
It's water-based, non toxic and has no nasty odour.
Most silver polishes contain an abrasive that actually removes silver to get a result, that,s why overtime the silver will wear through to the base metal.
AMC Silver Maintenance polish works differently.
The polish is non abrasive and actually adds silver to the surface when applied, it also contains a tarnish retardant which extends the time frame between silver cleans as well as leaving your silver with a lasting shine.
The polish is simple and easy to use and comes with easy to follow instructions.
For ongoing maintenance of of your silverware use the impregnated silver polishing mitt for removing light tarnish and dust off large items and the silver polishing cloth for smaller items and silver jewellery
Delivery varies by location, we will despatch your order within 48 hours on business days but have no control over Australia Post or Courier delivery timeframes

Returns
We want you to feel confident when buying from Aussie Furniture Care. Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 30 days of having received it and can opt for a full refund excluding return freight charges. Aussie Furniture Care does not pay for freight when products are returned.
We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging for these returns.
Once we receive the returned items, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the order less any cost for shipping the items to you.
Damaged or faulty returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Aussie Furniture Care as soon as possible for a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
Please contact us via your MyDeal account to assist with organising your return.
You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment. Aussie Furniture Care will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item, or provide you with a full refund.
Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so).
We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
Warranty Claims
Aussie Furniture Care works closely with suppliers to ensure all products have appropriate warranties. Please contact us via your MyDeal account to submit a warranty claim.
You may be required to send us images of the damage to aid in our assessments. We will then contact the supplier to finalise your warranty claim.
Please do not attempt to return an item before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associated expenses).
We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
