RETURNS POLICY
Returns are free of charge and can be initiated by contacting Customer Support (in store returns and returns without authorisation will not be accepted). All returns require proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit card statement) and any refunds processed will be performed using the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise where there are no other non-faulty items in the same delivery.
We do not offer exchanges.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
Most items (excluding hygiene sensitive items) can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will accept change of mind returns provided that:
Excluded goods: For hygiene reasons, Bed Toppers, Quilts, Pillows, Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries
Returns will be accepted for all products if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order.
