This All Seasons quilt is suitable for year round use offering a medium warmth and weight rating. Filled with Australian wool it is a natural fibre that regulates body temperature whilst you sleep, keeping the sleeping environment warm and comfortable all night.

Care Instructions
Dry clean only. Sponge spoiled area lightly with lukewarm water. Keep moisture to a minimum. Line dry over several lines without delay. Dry thoroughly before reuse or storage. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Air and fluff regularly to retain freshness. Air thoroughly after dry clean.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are free of charge and can be initiated by contacting Customer Support (in store returns and returns without authorisation will not be accepted). All returns require proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit card statement) and any refunds processed will be performed using the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise where there are no other non-faulty items in the same delivery.

We do not offer exchanges.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

Most items (excluding hygiene sensitive items) can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will accept change of mind returns provided that:

the return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase
you provide proof of purchase
the goods have not been used
the goods are returned in their original packaging
the goods are not excluded goods from the change of mind policy, as set out below.

Excluded goods: For hygiene reasons, Bed Toppers, Quilts, Pillows, Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors are non-returnable unless faulty.
