Crafted from 100% combed cotton, the Cotton Twist towel features a beautiful textured weave which creates a durable yet soft finish while being easy to care for. Available in a range of seasonal colours, this towel will fast become a bathroom staple. Our towels have been crafted using premium materials from around the world. We source only the optimum long staple cottons and weaves, ensuring our end product is of the highest quality.

Partnering with experts in the craft to create our towels, each towel is specially constructed using only the best suppliers and mills. All of our towels are tested well beyond industry standard, instead of the required three test washes, we test wash and dry our towels 100 times before going to market. That's why, once our towels reach customers hands, we know they've been crafted to stand the test of time.

All towels can be tumble dried for easy care.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are free of charge and can be initiated by contacting Customer Support (in store returns and returns without authorisation will not be accepted). All returns require proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit card statement) and any refunds processed will be performed using the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise where there are no other non-faulty items in the same delivery.

We do not offer exchanges.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

Most items (excluding hygiene sensitive items) can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will accept change of mind returns provided that:

the return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase
you provide proof of purchase
the goods have not been used
the goods are returned in their original packaging
the goods are not excluded goods from the change of mind policy, as set out below.

Excluded goods: For hygiene reasons, Bed Toppers, Quilts, Pillows, Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors are non-returnable unless faulty.
