Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

OMG this is the best vac I have ever used. It exceeded my expectations and made me feel like a dreadful house cleaner. I knew my old vac wasn’t doing well but didn’t realise until I used my Shark! I have 2 cats and I can now keep on top of their shedding. The side hose connection is brilliant and doesn’t loose suction when using the tools. Only down sides are it’s a little heavy and can’t fit the barrel under my bed but the side hose sorts that. Thank you!

It finally got put to use on Wednesday - I was amazed on its function - I though my lounge carpet was clean as I always have used a Dyson Vacuum but this Shark Vacuum with its suction etc did the job to the extent that it looks like I have bought a new carpet. Fantastic product - fantastic price and would steer away from Dyson now and stick with this brand.

I have a dog that sheds fur most of the year, and the Shark Vacuum makes cleaning my carpets and hard floors easy. Emptying the vacuum is super easy. I like the fact that the handle pulls out without any effort. The plus is that the long metal tube comes out, which allows you to dust skirting boards or around ceilings easily without having to stretch or bend constantly—a must for people with limited mobility.
