Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I already have one of these, and I know they’ve been discontinued by Shark, so when I saw these on My Deal at less than half price I jumped in and bought another. Great deal. Even greater vacuum cleaner.

I am so happy with this vaccy, it leaves my Dyson in the dust at a quarter of the price. Best of all delivery was so quick, i didnt think anyone would beat Amazon, but they did.

I have not actually used the vacuum as I am disabled. My carers have all gave an excellent report The suction is fantastic, a little heavy. They are very happy to have a vacuum cleaner that performs well and not leave dirt behind. It also is not too loud.

Having owned an earlier model Shark Rocket for over 9 years, I elected to update. The HZ500 is easy to use and the price, $248:00 is exceptional value. The suction is extremely strong and with 2 lights on the Floor Nozzle dark areas are brightly illuminated. A very impressive Vacuum Cleaner!
