Directions for Use

Secondly, it can be used as a conditioner after swimming to nourish your hair and skin.

In the shower, wet the bar and rub it into your hands. Apply it through your hair and rinse lightly. At the end of your shower, turn off the water and apply it to your face and body. This will help to restore and nourish your skin and hair, protecting against the drying effects of water.

When you're out of the shower, just moisten the bar with water and warm it between your hands before rubbing it into your hair and skin.
