DIRECTIONS:

DO NOT SWALLOW. Not for use by children 12 years of age or under unless on the advice of a dental professional or doctor. Use twice daily after brushing with fluoride toothpaste. Measure 10 mL and rinse for one minute then spit out. Do not rinse with water.

Contains 3% w/w Potassium Nitrate and 0.048% w/w Sodium Fluoride (217ppm fluoride).
