Zeina's Perfume World offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, and all items must be returned with original accessories and packaging intact. Apple products with activated units are not eligible for a refund or replacement under the 7-day return policy.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faulty Item Cases:

Zeina's Perfume World provides a 7-day return policy from the date of invoice for items that arrive damaged, differ from their description, or have been compromised due to inadequate packaging. In these instances, no additional fees will apply.

Warranty Claims and Returns Procedure:

For returns due to warranty claims, DOA cases, or money-back requests, please contact us via messages to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) case number. Once you have the RMA, please return the item in its original packaging with all included contents. For warranty claims only, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process a refund or replacement if applicable.
