How long will it take for my Zeek item to arrive?

• All Zeek items will be dispatched from the warehouse within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. Delivery will be sent via StarTrack Express or Allied Express and delivery times vary between 5-7 business days, depending on location. Rural and remote deliveries may be up to 14 business days.

• Please note once an order departs our warehouse, responsibility for it's handling and delivery falls to our third-party couriers (StarTrack & Allied) and is largely out of Zeeks direct control.

Can I send my Zeek items to a PO box or Parcel Locker?

• No, a physical Australian street address is required.

Refund policy

We will repair or replace defective goods in accordance with the terms set out below.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, Snug Pods, Pillows, Mattress Toppers, Pillow Protectors, Mattress Protectors, Bamboo Sheet Sets, Quilts, and Hug Weighted Blankets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless faulty.

Returns are strictly not available on items where the incorrect size has been ordered. Please take care when selecting your size. Refunds or replacements are not available because of change of mind.
