Returns policy:

We want you to love your products and we are confident in the quality of Warmies.

 

All Warmies Australia products come with a 7 day returns policy. In the first 7 days from delivery, the customer is eligible for a return due to damaged products. Please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate the agreed solution.

 

Please Note:

  • Return postage is paid by the customer

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

  • After the 7 day period expires, Warmies Australia is no longer liable.

  • Fees may apply
