  2. Shipping: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is faulty.

Resolution Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly after the return is approved.

Additional Information:

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with ACL requirements.
