All orders are picked and packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to get picked and packed and dispatched with the courier company. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the 30 day period has lapsed, we are no longer able to offer a refund or an exchange on your purchase. Please reach out to us if you encounter any issues with your order, and we’ll work on finding a solution.
