In-Store Pickup
We offer free local pickup. We will send you an email / message when your order is ready.
If your item was purchased in error, or you've simply changed your mind, it may not be too late for a refund. To be eligible for a return, all online and in-store purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchasing. We do not accept requests for returns after 30 days.
Any product being returned for change of mind must be at the buyer’s cost, fit for resale, in its original condition and package including all supplied components, e.g., gaskets, fittings, paperwork. Please ensure that your item is packed securely to prevent damage during shipping. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Process:
If you need to return an item, please follow the following process:
Email us your return request with your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
We will review your request and, if applicable, issue a Return Authorization Number, which must be included on the address label of your return shipment. We do not accept the return of any goods without prior approval.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee may be charged on incorrect ordered products.
Turbochargers sold by Turbopros are covered by a 24-month warranty. Under our warranty policy, we may choose to repair your product, provide you with an exchange or issue a refund. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Your warranty may be void if
The product has been destroyed, lost or damaged through no fault of ours.
The product has been misused, abused or subject to neglect, inadequate or improper care, damage or abnormal conditions.
The product has been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instruction, e.g., turbo oil feed line is not checked and cleaned or replaced when install the new turbo.
The product has been involved in an accident
The product has been damaged because of an incorrect attempt at installation, modification or repair, e.g., installation was not done by a qualified workshop/mechanic; liquid gasket or sealants is used on the turbo oil inlet or outlet.
