All orders over 5kg cannot be sent using an express courier. With these orders, it may take up to 2-7 business days once ordered before despatch occurs and a tracking number to be allocated to the order. Depending on your location, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery after the order is despatched.
Starting a return is easy and for damaged or faulty items, you can return them at any time, while for change of mind, we allow you up to 50 days after placing your order to return your item!
Before you start a return, you will need your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email and either the postcode the order was shipped to or the email used on the order or the phone number used when placing the order.
Please note that unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible to pay for the return postage back to us.
For qualifying domestic returns (Australian customers) a postal label creation fee of $10 AUD is charged in the returns process. This fee includes the creation of an Australian Post label which can be printed out and attached to the return packaging or scanned at an Australia Post location if you do not have access to a printer.
Heavy & Bulky orders over 5kg cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Exemptions to the handling fee include the return of shoes. (Australian customers only).
Clearance items purchased during a sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached
For health & hygiene reasons, products such as socks, jocks, face masks and drink bottles are not able to be returned.
