The Maternity Market

Here are some really interesting dot points about our shipping:

• We are located in Sydney, NSW. 

• Our shipping is a flat-rate of $9.00.

• We will pack your order within one business day of payment received.

• Your order will be shipped within one business day of being packed.

• You should receive your package within 1-4 business days (metro) or 5-10 business days (regional).

• You will receive an order confirmation, shipping confirmation and a tracking number for your package.

• In exceptional circumstances (Black Friday, Christmas period, public holidays) please be aware that there may be delays in packing and shipping. Please order with enough in advance for this and please be patient, we promise we are doing the best we can.

• Your package will be delivered to the address you provide. Once we have sent your package off we accept no responsibility for any delay, damage, destruction of goods caused by the third-party deliverer. However, we will endeavour to find a solution if any of the above issues arise.

Returns:

We know that with childbirth, best laid plans often go awry. If you would like to return unopened products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer.

• The product must be returned unopened in the original packaging.

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.

• Refunds will not include shipping costs.

Faulty products:

This period of your life has enough stress and worry so if you receive a faulty or defective product, please take a photo and let us know and we may offer you a replacement refund after investigation.
