We ship all products from our Australian Warehouse, located in Sydney. We aim to process orders within 24 hours, however please give us a little more time if you place an order on a weekend or during very busy periods. You will be notified every step of the way: when your order is packed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. You will also be able to track your order using an auto-generated tracking code.
Our preferred carrier is Australia Post - however in exceptional circumstances we may use another trusted sender to deliver your package. We will always use carriers that offer tracking, so you know exactly where your package is.
Change of Mind Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns that have been taken out of their original packaging and then put back in it. This is not classed as a resaleable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (a digital confirmation of your order is fine).
If you meet these criteria, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.
